Processed personal data
We use personal data that you provide to us, that we collect about you or that we have received from third parties. The most important are:
General purposes and duration of processing
We process personal data primarily to fulfill our (pre-)contractual and legal obligations. We also rely on the processing of personal data for the purchase of products and services from our suppliers and subcontractors. If you work for a customer or business partner, your personal data may of course also be affected in this capacity.
In addition, we use the data we collect to maintain the relationship with our customers and prospects, e.g. to create our newsletter “Webface”, to further develop our website and adapt it to new requirements, and to provide you with relevant information and services, as well as for internal statistical purposes.
We process personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations or otherwise for the purposes pursued with the processing, e.g. for the duration of the entire business relationship (from the initiation, processing to the termination of a contract) and beyond that in accordance with the statutory retention and documentation obligations. In this context, it is possible that personal data will be retained for the period during which claims can be asserted against our company and insofar as we are otherwise legally obligated to do so or legitimate business interests require this (e.g. for evidence and documentation purposes). As soon as your personal data is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, it will be deleted or anonymized.
Legal basis for processing
Insofar as you have given us consent to process your personal data for specific purposes, we process your personal data within the scope of and on the basis of this consent, unless we have another legal basis and require such a basis. Consent given can be revoked at any time, but this will not affect any data processing that has already taken place. You can send us the revocation by e-mail or by post to the above (e-mail) address. You can independently revoke consent in connection with cookies and other tracking technologies by (re)opening our cookie consent banner and making the appropriate settings.
Disclosure to third parties
In the course of our business, we also disclose data to third parties to the extent permitted and deemed appropriate, either because they process it for us or because they want to use it for their own purposes. This applies in particular to the following entities (all joint recipients):
These recipients are partly domestic but may be anywhere in the world. You should expect your data to be transferred to all countries where the service providers we use are located. If we transfer data to a country without adequate legal data protection, we will ensure an adequate level of protection as provided for by law by using appropriate contracts or so-called Binding Corporate Rules or rely on the legal exceptions of consent, the performance of contracts, the establishment, exercise or enforcement of legal claims, overriding public interests, published personal data or because it is necessary to protect the integrity of the data subjects. You can obtain a copy of the aforementioned contractual guarantees at any time from the contact mentioned above.
Specific purposes of processing
We primarily use collected data in order to conclude and process contracts with our clients and business partners, in particular in connection with our online marketing services to our clients and the procurement of products and services from our suppliers and subcontractors, as well as in order to comply with our domestic and foreign legal obligations. You may be affected by our data processing in your capacity as an employee of such a client or business partner.
In addition, in line with applicable law and where appropriate, we may process your personal data and personal data of third parties for the following purposes, which are in our (or, as the case may be, any third parties’) legitimate interest, such as:
Visiting our Website
When you visit our website and view pages or content, you leave behind information on the nature of your visit, such as your choice of pages (URL), the date and time of your visit, the IP address of your computer, information on your device type and operating system and your browser ID (user agent string). In addition, the following data can be stored: country from which our website is accessed, name of your internet access provider, Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), Content of the request (specific page), Access status/HTTP status code and the amount of data transferred.
The purpose of processing this information is to display our website and its content and offers correctly and to ensure data traffic, to optimize our website, content and offers, to ensure the stability and security of our website and systems on a permanent basis, and to enable the clarification, defense and prosecution of cyber-attacks, spam and other unlawful acts in relation to our website and systems and to enforce claims in this regard.
We delete your personal data as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of our website, the deletion takes place when the respective session has ended.
For the hosting of the website, we may use services of third parties in Switzerland and abroad, which carry out the above processing on our behalf. Currently, our websites are hosted exclusively by Swiss hosting providers and on servers in Switzerland.
Contact us
Our website offers you the possibility to contact us via a contact form and/or by e-mail. If you send us inquiries via contact form, the information you provide in the form, including the contact data you enter there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.
Some of our forms may have been created with HubSpot Forms, a service of HubSpot Inc. based in the USA. It cannot be ruled out that certain data may be processed in countries that do not have an adequate level of data protection, such as the USA. To protect your data, we have concluded a data processing agreement with HubSpot. In it, HubSpot promises to ensure an adequate level of data protection by relying on the EU standard contractual clauses. For more information on data processing by HubSpot, please refer to their privacy policy.
Your personal data will be deleted as soon as your request has been dealt with. This is the case if the circumstances indicate that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified and the deletion does not conflict with any legal obligations to retain data.
Newsletter
To subscribe to our newsletter it is necessary to provide a valid e-mail address. We need this information to send you our newsletter. If we ask you for further information, such as your first or last name, you enable us to send you even more targeted information.
Subscription to our newsletter takes place in a so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after registration and clicking the appropriate checkbox (e.g. subscribe) you will receive an e-mail in which you must click a link to confirm your registration. If you do not confirm your email address, you will not receive our newsletter.
Our newsletters may contain, in part and to the extent permitted, graphics and/or web links that record on a personal basis whether, when and how often an individual newsletter was opened in an e-mail application and which web links were clicked on. Such graphics and/or web links record the use of newsletters to ensure quality and to enable improvements to the newsletter. You can block the setting of such graphics and/or web links in your e-mail application.
For this purpose and to deliver our newsletter to you, we use HubSpot Inc. based in the USA (“HubSpot”). HubSpot is a service with which, among other things, the sending of newsletters can be organized and analyzed. The data entered for the purpose of receiving newsletters is transferred to HubSpot’s servers and stored there. According to HubSpot, data may be transferred and processed worldwide, in particular to the USA and other countries in which HubSpot, its subsidiaries or its sub-processors operate as data processors.
To protect your data, we have entered into a Data Processing Agreement with HubSpot. In it, HubSpot promises to ensure an adequate level of data protection by applying the EU standard contractual clauses.
You can revoke your consent to the storage of your data and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter or by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address mentioned above (“Contact”).
For more information on data processing by HubSpot, please refer to their privacy policy.
Starting a career at Webface
If one of our job offers appealed to you and you would like to become part of the team at one of Europe’s leading digital agencies, please feel free to apply. When you apply for a job with us, we process personal data that we receive from you as part of the application process respectively that you enter or upload in the application form. In addition to your personal details, education, work experience and skills, this includes the usual correspondence data such as e-mail address and telephone number. In addition, all documents submitted by you in connection with the application, such as your CV and references, will be processed.
Cookies
Some of our websites use so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your end device (laptop, tablet, smartphone or similar) with the help of the browser. They serve to make our website more user-friendly and effective overall and to make your visit to our website as pleasant as possible. Cookies do not cause any damage to your end device. They cannot execute programs or contain viruses.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called session cookies. These are automatically deleted when you log out or close the browser. Other cookies remain stored on your end device beyond the respective usage process and enable us or our partner companies (third-party cookies) to recognize your browser on your next visit. Insofar as other cookies (e.g. cookies to analyze your surfing behavior) are stored, these are treated separately in this privacy policy.
To the extent that we ask for your consent for the use of cookies, you can revoke such consent at any time with effect for the future. You can do this independently by reopening our cookie consent banner (see red button at the bottom right of each of our web pages) and adjusting your settings accordingly.
Alternatively you can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.
Analysis tools / digital marketing
We use modern, advanced analysis methods and tools to understand users’ habits on our website. This information helps us improve our products and services and provide relevant services and information. In principle, we use only anonymized data that does not allow us to identify the user.
Below we describe the analysis services and technology that we use for such purposes. Additionally, we show how you can prevent these services from analysis of your use of our website. The services we use on our website may use cookies, tags and pixels. We have already explained what cookies are above. Tags are small sections of code built into websites and mobile applications that notify a server when a user carries out a certain action (e.g. clicking on a button). Pixel tags (also known as web beacons) are tiny image files embedded in websites or emails that allow conclusions to be drawn.
Google Services
On our website, we use various services of Google LLC, based in the USA, or if you have your habitual residence in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, Google Ireland Ltd, based in Ireland (“Google”). Google LLC is always responsible for the processing of personal data when using “YouTube” and “Google Maps”. We use the following Google services on our websites:
More information about the individual services can be found below.
Google uses technologies such as cookies, web storage in the browser and tracking pixels, which enable an analysis of your use of our website. The information thus generated about your use of our website may be transmitted to a Google server in the USA or other countries and stored there. Information about the locations of Google’s data centers can be found here.
We use tools provided by Google that Google claims can process personal data in countries where Google or its subprocessors maintain facilities. Google promises in its “Data Processing Addendum for Products where Google is a Data Processor” to ensure an adequate level of data protection by relying on the EU standard contractual clauses.
You can find more information about Google’s processing and privacy controls in Google’s privacy policy respectively privacy controls.
Google Tag Manager
Our website uses Google Tag Manager. With Google Tag Manager, website tags can be managed efficiently. Website tags are placeholders that are stored in the source code of the respective website, e.g. to record the integration of frequently used website elements, such as code for web analytics services.
The Google Tag Manager is an auxiliary service and processes personal data itself only for technical purposes (e.g., to correct any connection errors) and provides for the triggering of other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not have access to this data. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, it will remain in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.
You can find more information about Google Tag Manager in the respective help center, the Google Tag Manager Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics 4
For the purpose of analyzing our website and its visitors, as well as for marketing and advertising purposes, we use the web analytics service Google Analytics 4.
Google Analytics uses cookies that are stored on your terminal device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) and enable an analysis of your use of our website. This allows us to evaluate the usage behavior on our website and to design our offer in a more interesting way via the statistics/reports obtained.
We use Google Signals. This allows Google Analytics to collect additional information about users who have activated personalized ads (interests and demographics), and ads can be delivered to these users in cross-device remarketing campaigns.
Google Analytics 4 has IP address anonymization enabled by default. This means that your IP address is shortened by Google within Switzerland or the EU/EEA before it is transmitted. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server and shortened there.
Google uses this information to evaluate your [pseudonymous] use of our website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide us with other services related to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data, according to Google. When you visit our website, your user behavior is recorded in the form of events (such as page views, interaction with the website or your “click path”) as well as other data such as your approximate location (country and city), technical information about your browser and the end devices you use or the referrer URL, i.e. via which website / advertising material you came to our website.
The data collected by means of Google Analytics is automatically deleted after 14 months.
You can prevent the collection and transmission of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of our website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser add-on to disable Google Analytics. If you wish to object to interest-based advertising by Google, you can use the settings and opt-out options provided by Google.
An overview of the data use in Google Analytics and the measures taken by Google to protect your data can be found in the Google Analytics Help Center.
For more information about Google Analytics terms of service and data protection at Google, please refer to the respective documents.
Google Ads
We use Google Ads, an online advertising program from Google. Google Ads uses cookies to analyze the use of our website. A cookie is set if you have reached our website via a Google ad. Cookies of this type have a limited validity, do not contain personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of ours and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that someone has clicked on the ad and thus been redirected to our website.
We also use the remarketing function of Google Ads. This enables us to display interest-based advertising to visitors to our website on other websites within the Google advertising network, such as YouTube or Google ads. For this purpose, the interactions of our website visitors are analyzed (e.g., which products they were interested in), so that we can show them targeted advertising on other websites even after they have left our website. To make this possible, Google sets cookies when they visit certain Google services or websites within the Google advertising network. The cookies are used to uniquely identify the browser used and not to identify a person.
You have the option of refusing interest-based advertising by Google. To do this, you must make the appropriate settings for personalized advertising on all browsers you use.
Further information on data processing in connection with Google Ads and information on how Google uses cookies in advertisements can be found in Google’s Privacy Policy or on Google’s website under the heading “Technologies”.
Google Marketing Platform
The online marketing tool Google Marketing Platform (“GMP”) uses cookies to serve ads that are relevant to users, to improve campaign performance reports, or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads more than once. Using a Cookie ID, Google records which ads are served in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed more than once.
In addition, GMP can use cookie IDs to record so-called conversions, i.e. whether a user sees a GMP ad and later calls up the advertiser’s website and makes a purchase there. According to Google, GMP cookies do not contain any personal information.
Your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with Google’s server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this service. According to Google, by integrating GMP, Google receives the information that you have called up the relevant part of our websites or clicked on an advertisement from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your user account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, there is a possibility that the provider may obtain and store your IP address. The use of GMP may also result in the transmission of personal data to Google’s servers in the USA.
You can find more information about GMP on the Google Marketing Platform website.
Google Maps
To integrate interactive maps on our website, we use the online map service Google Maps.
When visiting a website on which Google Maps is embedded, Google Maps will set a cookie. This cookie is usually not deleted by closing the browser, but expires after a certain time, unless you delete it manually beforehand.
By using Google Maps, information about your use of our website (including your IP address) may be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google may store this data as usage profiles for the purpose of tailoring its services, advertising and market research. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account. If you do not wish this, you must log out beforehand.
If you do not agree with this processing of your information, you have the option to deactivate the Google Maps service. To do this, you must deactivate the Java Script function in your browser. However, this may also affect other functions of our website.
For more information, please refer to the Google Maps Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy.
YouTube
On our website, we use the services of the provider YouTube LLC, based in the USA (“YouTube”), a subsidiary of Google LLC. (“Google”).
When you start playing a YouTube video on our website, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This lets the YouTube server know, which of our websites you have visited. This information (including your IP address) may be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged into your YouTube account at the same time, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account before visiting our website.
We use the so-called privacy-enhanced mode of YouTube. According to YouTube, this mode ensures that YouTube does not store any data about you as a visitor to our website before you watch or play the video. However, the transfer of data to YouTube partners is not necessarily excluded by the privacy-enhanced mode.
For more information, please refer to YouTube’s Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy.
reCAPTCHA
The reCAPTCHA function is used to distinguish whether an entry (e.g. in a contact form) is made by a human or automatically by a computer program (so-called bots). In this way, we want to ensure the security of our websites and protect them in particular from automated entries (or attacks) and from spam. The processing is thus based on our legitimate interests.
For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor on the basis of various characteristics. These analyses run completely in the background and begin automatically as soon as you visit our websites. To differentiate between humans and bots, Google analyzes various information, such as the IP address of the end device used, time spent on the website, the browser and operating system used or mouse movements made by the website visitor.
For more information on the use of the data collected by Google, please refer to the privacy policy and Google’s terms of service.
Meta Pixel, Custom Audiences and Facebook Conversions
Our website uses Meta Pixel, if you are habitually resident in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, a service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, based in Ireland. The parent company is Meta Platforms Inc., based in the USA (“Meta”). Instagram is also a service of Meta.
With the help of the Meta pixel, it is possible for Meta to determine the visitors to our online offers as a target group for the display of ads (so-called “Facebook Ads” or “Instagram Ads”). Accordingly, we use the Meta Pixel to display the Facebook and Instagram Ads placed by us only to those Facebook or Instagram users who have also shown an interest in our online offers or who have certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products determined on the basis of the websites visited), which we transmit to Meta (so-called “Custom Audiences”). With the help of the Meta pixel, we also want to ensure that our Facebook and Instagram ads correspond to the potential interest of users and do not have a harassing effect. With the help of the Meta pixel, we can also track the effectiveness of the Facebook and Instagram ads for statistical and market research purposes by seeing whether users are redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook or Instagram ad (so-called “conversions”).
Furthermore, we use the additional function “Automatic Advanced Matching” when using the Meta pixel. Here, data such as telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, dates of birth or postal codes are sent to Meta in encrypted form as additional information, provided that you have made this data available to us. This enables us to increase the number of assigned “conversions” and to enlarge our “Custom Audiences”. You can find further information on “automatic extended matching” in the corresponding help center of Meta.
We also use the “Custom Audiences from File” procedure. This allows us to upload various customer information, such as email addresses, phone numbers, first and last names, to Meta in encrypted form. Using this information, Meta can determine whether someone on Facebook or Instagram should be added to our advertising target group. This is to ensure that ads are only shown to users who have an interest in our information and services. Further information on Customer File-Custom Audiences can be found in the corresponding help center of Meta.
Data processing by Facebook takes place within the scope of Meta’s privacy policy. You can find general information on the display of Facebook and Instagram Ads in this policy.
Through the use of cookies, Meta can subsequently recognize you in the member area of Facebook or Instagram and optimize the efficiency of advertisements, e.g. by offering advertisements targeted to specific groups. The prerequisite for this is that you have a Facebook and/or Instagram account and are logged into the member area of Facebook or Instagram. If you are not a member of Facebook or Instagram, you are not affected by this data processing.
For general information about Meta’s use of data, your rights in this regard and ways to protect your privacy, please see Meta’s privacy policy. Specific information and details about the Meta Pixel and how it works can be found in Meta’s help center. If you generally want to object to the collection by Meta Pixel and the use of your data for the display of Facebook or Instagram Ads, you can do so in the advertising settings of Facebook, or the privacy settings of Instagram. To do this, you must be logged in to Facebook or Instagram.
If you do not have a Facebook or Instagram account, you can also opt out of the use of cookies for reach measurement and advertising purposes via the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page and additionally on the U.S. website YourAdChoices or the European website Your Online Choices.
You can revoke your consent for data processing by Meta Pixel and the use of your data to display Facebook and Instagram Ads for our website at any time with future effect by adjusting your cookie settings.
LinkedIn Marketing Solutions
On our websites, we use LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (“LMS”), a service of the LinkedIn Corporation based in the USA, or if you have your habitual residence in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company based in Ireland (“LinkedIn”).
LMS stores and processes information about your user behavior on our websites. For this purpose, LMS uses, among other things, cookies that are stored locally in the cache of your web browser on the respective end device used by you and enable an analysis of your use of our websites.
We use LMS for marketing and optimization purposes, in particular to analyze the use of our websites, to continuously improve individual functions and offers as well as the user experience and to place relevant and interesting ads for you. In particular, we use the LinkedIn Insight tag, which allows us to track conversions, retarget our website visitors, and gain additional information about the LinkedIn members who view our ads.
If you are logged into the member area of LinkedIn, LinkedIn can assign the use of our online offer to your profile. If you do not wish this, you must log out of LinkedIn before visiting our websites.
Further information on the type, purpose and scope of data processing can be found in LinkedIn’s privacy policy, the cookie policy and privacy management portal. Furthermore, you can object to personalized (LinkedIn) advertising by installing an opt-out cookie, regardless of whether you are a LinkedIn member or not.
HubSpot Analytics
Furthermore, we use HubSpot Analytics, an analytics service of HubSpot Inc. based in the USA., on our website (“HubSpot”). We use HubSpot in particular for statistical evaluations of our website. These can include, for example, the number of views of our online offer, visited subpages and the time spent by website visitors.
For the evaluation and to recognize website visitors, HubSpot uses cookies and other browser technologies. The information collected in this way is used, among other things, to compile reports on the activities on our website.
As part of this processing, data may be transferred to the USA. To protect your data, we have concluded a data processing agreement with HubSpot. In it, HubSpot promises to ensure an adequate level of data protection by relying on the EU standard contractual clauses. For more information on data processing by HubSpot, please refer to their privacy policy.
Social Media Presence
On our websites, we have set up links to our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
If you click on the corresponding icons of the social networks, you will automatically be redirected to our profile on the respective social network. In order to be able to use the functions of the respective network there, you must partially log in to your user account for the respective network.
When you open a link to one of our social media profiles, a direct connection is established between your browser and the server of the social network in question. This provides the network with the information that you have visited our websites with your IP address and accessed the link. If you access a link to a network while logged in to your account on the network concerned, the content of our site may be linked to your profile on the network, i.e., the network may link your visit to our websites directly to your user account. If you want to prevent this, you should log out before clicking on the relevant links. In any case, an association takes place when you log in to the relevant network after clicking on the link.
If you have your habitual residence in Switzerland or the EEA, the provider of the social network is based in Ireland, otherwise in the USA. The processing of personal data when using “YouTube” always takes place in the USA. More detailed information on data processing by the provider of the social media platform can be found in the privacy policy of the respective provider:
Meta Platforms Inc. (USA)/Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Ireland): Privacy Policy
Meta Platforms Inc. (USA)/Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Ireland): Privacy Policy
LinkedIn Corporation (USA)/LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (Ireland): Privacy Policy
Twitter Inc. (USA)/Twitter International Company (Ireland): Privacy Policy
YouTube LLC (USA): Privacy Policy
Social Media Plugins
We use social media plugins from various social networks on our websites. These social media plugins may be, for example, functionalities, such as sharing content of the websites on social networks. You can recognize the social media plugins by the logos of the social networks concerned.
When you activate the respective plugin by clicking on the associated button a direct connection to the provider’s server is established. As soon as you activate the plugin, the respective provider receives the information that you have visited our websites with your IP address. If you are logged in to your respective social media account (e.g., Facebook) at the same time, the respective provider can assign the visit of our websites to your user account. If you want to prevent this, you should log out before clicking on the plugin. An assignment is made in any case when you log in to the respective network after clicking on the plugin.
If you have your habitual residence in Switzerland or the EEA, the provider of the plugins is based in Ireland, otherwise in the USA. We have integrated plugins from the following social networks into our websites:
Meta Platforms Inc. (USA)/Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Ireland): Privacy Policy
LinkedIn Corporation (USA)/LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (Ireland): Privacy Policy
Twitter Inc. (USA)/Twitter International Company (Ireland): Privacy Policy
Data Security
To protect your personal data from unauthorized access and misuse, we take appropriate technical and organizational security precautions such as issuing instructions, training, IT and network security solutions, access controls and restrictions, encryption of data carriers and transmissions, pseudonymization and controls.
Content and links to other websites
Our website may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us and to which this privacy policy does not apply. After clicking on the link, we no longer have any influence on the processing of any data transmitted to third parties (such as the IP address or URL), as the behavior of third parties is naturally beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these third-party contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is responsible for the content of the linked pages.
Illegal contents were not recognizable at the time of linking. However, a permanent control of the contents and examination of the linked pages without concrete evidence of a violation of the law is not reasonable. If we become aware of any infringements, such links will be removed immediately.
Your rights
In principle, you are entitled to the rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, objection to processing and revocation of consent with regard to your personal data.
Please note, however, that we reserve the right to assert the restrictions provided for by law, for example if we are obliged to retain or process certain data, have an overriding interest in doing so (insofar as we are entitled to invoke this) or require it for the assertion of claims.
Please note that the exercise of these rights may conflict with contractual agreements and may have consequences such as the premature termination of the contract or cost consequences. We will inform you in advance if this is not already contractually regulated.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection law, or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can also complain to the competent supervisory authority. In Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Exercising your rights under data protection law generally requires that you clearly prove your identity (e.g., by providing a copy of your ID where your identity is otherwise not clear or cannot be verified). If you have any questions about data processing or wish to exercise a right to which you are entitled, you can contact us by e-mail at the address given at the beginning of this privacy statement.
Changes to the privacy policy
We expressly reserve the right to amend or modify this privacy statement at any time. All changes and additions are at the sole discretion of the company.
